I started this blog as a result of a Social Media course I did through GetSmarter and actually quite enjoy it.
So, a little about me then:
I was born in Paarl, grew up and went to school in George and then decided to take on the hospitality industry. I started off in East London and for the past 10 years I have been plying my trade in Cape Town.
I absolutely love Cape Town. There is always something going on in the Mother City and when there isn't, you can just play tourist and explore.
I like the following things:
- Reading
- Social Media
- Golf
- Wine
- Watching sport. All kinds really.
- Using Capitals When They Are Not Really Necessary..
- Using ellipses...
- Cooking and cooking shows
- Playing guitar - admittedly not quite ready to show off my skills (but then I've been saying that for years now)
- Family - Very Important to me.

*The name No Jacket Required is inspired by that old early 90's Music Video Show on TV 2 (I think..pre SABC anyway). It also happens to be my initials (a fact I had to point out to my cousin. haha).
